1 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

In order to provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may from time to time launch new or optimized features that may require the collection and use of new personal information or a change in the purposes or methods of using personal information. In such cases, we will explain the purposes, scope, and methods of collecting the relevant personal information through an update to this Privacy Policy or via pop-ups or page prompts, and we will collect and use your personal information only after obtaining your explicit consent.

1.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information for Basic Functions

Our services include some basic functions, which encompass functions necessary for online operations, functions necessary for improving our services, and functions necessary to ensure transaction security. We need to collect, store, and use the following personal information related to you to implement these basic functions. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy our services. Please note that, if necessary, we may verify the identity information you provide with the issuing authority to ensure identity consistency, account security, and personal information security. The types of personal information required for various basic functions are as follows:

1.1.1 Registering as Our User and Logging In

• If you register as our user, you need to create a username and password to facilitate our service to you, and provide your name, gender, country/region, and a unique phone number (for call contact), SMS verification code, and email address corresponding to your identity.
• If you need to log in using Face ID or fingerprint recognition, you need to provide your biometric information (facial information/fingerprint information), but please note that we only receive the result of the terminal verification you use and do not collect your biometric information (facial information/fingerprint information).
• If you only use the website or app as a guest, you do not need to register as our user, nor provide the above information.
• If you choose to log in to the account service, you need to provide a phone number or email address. Once the account login or registration is completed, it is deemed that the actual subscriber also agrees to this Privacy Policy. Therefore, before providing services for others, you must ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent.

1.1.2 Providing Services Related to Mass Production and Development Projects

• If you need to use functions related to factory equipment mass production or development projects, you may need to further fill in corporate information, including: country/region, document type, document number, document validity period, and business license information, etc.

1.1.3 Ensuring Your Transaction Security

We make every effort to ensure the security of the services provided by us and our partners, ensuring a safe operating environment and identifying abnormal account registrations, so as to better protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public, and to better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and unauthorized intrusions, and to more accurately identify violations of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or the related agreement rules of FlashIndustry.

1.2 Collection and Use of Personal Information for Extended Functions

To make the services you enjoy more convenient or enrich your experience, the following functions may collect and use your personal information. Even if you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the basic functions listed in Section 1. The extended functions and the types of personal information required for them are as follows:

1.2.1 To Facilitate Your Use of Products or Services

• Device Information: With your authorization and consent, we will, based on the specific permissions granted during the installation and use of the software, receive and record the device-related information you use to provide you with security assurances. For example (device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers (IMEI/IMSI/AndroidId/DEVICEID/OAID&IDFA/ICCID), device MAC address, IP address, running processes, list of installed applications), to provide you with security assurances. Please understand that when you switch the app to run in the background, due to network anomalies or system reasons, the information collection behavior that occurred during your app usage may not immediately cease, resulting in a brief period of background data collection. You can click on the "Device Properties and Location Information List" to view details, or click here simultaneously to view device information and third-party SDK details.
• Location Information: Refers to the information about your current location, such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor data from Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations, when you enable location services and use our location-based services.
• Log Information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, in order to provide you with convenient services, we will automatically collect information about your usage of our services, which is saved as network logs. This is used for operational analysis and reporting performance security vulnerabilities, such as your search history.
• Clipboard Reading: When you copy keyword descriptions or copy in-app information for pasting input, we will read your clipboard.

Please note that device information, log information, and location data alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or if we combine it with personal information, then during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we have obtained your authorization or as otherwise provided by law, we will handle and protect such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The above extended functions may require you to enable access permissions on your device:

• Camera/Video Permission: If you need to use features such as sharing network devices or taking photos and selecting colors from photos to control lighting, please enable camera permissions.
• Bluetooth Permission: If you need to control devices via Bluetooth, please enable Bluetooth permissions.
• Photo Library Permission: If you need to use photos for color selection control, or set user avatars, room background images, or network location images, please enable photo library permissions.
• Speech Recognition Permission: If you need to control devices using voice commands, please enable speech recognition permissions.
• Push Notification Permission: If you need to receive app notifications or SMS messages sent by FlashIndustry, please enable push notification permissions.
• Recording Permission: If you need to use the microphone for music rhythm functions, please enable recording permissions so that we can provide related services based on your selection.
• Location Permission: If you need to use location-based features, add a gateway to obtain Wi-Fi information, or use Bluetooth features on earlier versions of Android, please enable location permissions.

Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use your personal information to implement the above functions. If you disable these permissions, it means you have withdrawn this authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, nor be able to provide you with the corresponding features. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information that has been collected based on your previous authorization.

1.2.2 Other Uses

We may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis, and forecasting on the collected information to improve the content and layout of FlashIndustry, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services. For example, using anonymized data for machine learning or model algorithm training; to implement specific advertising functions, we will collect approximate location information, device information, and data on ad displays and clicks from the client for ad delivery, attribution tracking, and statistical analysis.

1.3 Exceptions to the Requirement for Consent

According to the relevant laws, regulations, and national standards of the People's Republic of China, the collection of your personal information in the following cases does not require your prior consent:

1. When it is related to our fulfillment of legal obligations;
2. When it is directly related to national security or defense;
3. When it is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
4. When it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
5. When it is necessary to protect the life, property, or other major legal rights of you or other individuals and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
6. When the personal information collected is information that you have publicly disclosed by yourself;
7. When it is necessary for the signing and performance of a contract as required by you;
8. When the personal information is collected from legally publicly disclosed sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosures;
9. When it is necessary to maintain the secure and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and handling product or service failures.
10. When, as an academic research institution, it is necessary to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, and the results provided externally are de-identified.

2 How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

2.1 Sharing

Based on your choices and authorizations, or under circumstances that fall under the exceptions for sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information without prior consent, we may share your order information, account information, contact details, and location data with third parties to ensure the smooth provision of services to you. However, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clearly defined purposes, and only share the personal information necessary to provide the service. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purposes.

Our partners include suppliers of products or technical services related to the functions in this Privacy Policy, third-party merchants, and organizations, including but not limited to providers of infrastructure technology services and payment services. The purpose of sharing this information is to realize the functions of the products and/or services you choose to use. For example: we may need to share your order number, order amount, and other payment-related information with banks and third-party payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment and other services; or we may need to share your order information and other necessary transaction information with third-party merchants to meet your purchase needs and enable them to provide subsequent after-sales services.

In order for you to receive push notifications, use services provided by third-party platforms, use third-party payments, map services, and facial recognition features, our app will embed SDKs or similar applications from authorized partners. We use these SDKs via APIs provided by the operating system. Before using the services provided by these third parties, please ensure that you have fully understood their personal information collection and usage policies; if you have any issues, please contact the respective company’s customer service.

Please note: The developer documentation or privacy policy pages in the links above are produced and published by the respective SDK developers/providers. These providers may, within the limits allowed by law, change or adjust the content of the links and linked pages. Please refer to the latest links and content published by the respective SDK providers. Since some SDK providers do not provide online documentation, we may not be able to provide the links to all third-party SDK privacy policies corresponding to their developer documentation.

In certain cases, we may also act as a data processor. Situations where we act as a data processor typically include:

• Partners who commission us for promotions. Sometimes we represent other companies to provide promotional services to the users of our products and/or services. After obtaining your consent, we will provide these partners with information about the coverage and effectiveness of their promotions without disclosing your personal identity, or we will aggregate this information so that you cannot be identified individually. For example, we may inform the commissioning party of how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased their products after viewing such information, or provide them with statistical data that does not identify individuals, to help them understand their audience or customers.

For companies or organizations with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other related confidentiality and security measures. 2.2 Sharing with Third-Party SDKs

In order to ensure the stable operation and functionality of our client applications, and to allow you to enjoy more services and functions, our app will embed SDKs from authorized partners. We will conduct strict security testing on the APIs and SDKs from authorized partners that collect your information, and agree on strict data protection measures with them, so that they handle and collect your personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures, collecting the following types of data:

2.3 Transfer

Except as provided under the exceptions for sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information without prior consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual.

In cases involving acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, bankruptcies, or similar transactions where personal information is transferred, we will inform you of the relevant situation and require the new entity holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If the purpose of using personal information is changed, we will require the new entity to obtain your authorization and consent again. If there is no successor in the event of bankruptcy, we will delete your personal information in accordance with legal requirements.

• When directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
• When necessary to protect the life, property, or other major legal rights of you or others and it is difficult to obtain your consent;

• When necessary for the signing and performance of a contract as required by you;
• When personal information is collected from legally disclosed sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosures;

According to the laws of the People's Republic of China, personal information that has been de-identified and cannot be used to restore or re-identify the individual is not considered as personal information for the purposes of sharing, transferring, or public disclosure, and the storage and processing of such data does not require additional notice or consent from you.

3 How We Store Your Personal Information

Even if you access our website from outside Mainland China, please note that your information will be stored and processed in Mainland China.
Generally, we will retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes stated above. Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. If FlashIndustry discontinues its products or services, we will promptly cease collecting your personal information, notify you of the discontinuation either individually or via public announcements, and delete or anonymize your personal information after service termination.

5 Notice on Sensitive Personal Information

FlashIndustry reminds you that the content and information you upload or publish while using the products and services provided by FlashIndustry may involve your sensitive personal information, including but not limited to identification numbers, biometric information (facial data, fingerprint data), and personal information of children under 14 (inclusive). Therefore, you should carefully consider before using our products or services. You agree that such sensitive personal information will be processed in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this Privacy Policy.

6 Personal Information Security

1. FlashIndustry attaches great importance to information security and has established a dedicated team to be responsible for it. We strive to provide you with information protection by adopting appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures, and have established an information security assurance system that is in line with domestic and international information security standards and best practices, adapted to our business development.
2. From the perspective of the data lifecycle, we have established security safeguards in all stages—data collection, storage, display, processing, usage, and disposal—and have adopted different control measures based on the sensitivity of the information, including but not limited to access control, encryption storage via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted transmission, and desensitized display of sensitive information. We have implemented security measures that meet industry standards and are reasonably feasible to protect the personal information you provide, using encryption technology to enhance its security, and trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks and unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of your personal information.
3. We have deployed access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information. 8 Protection of Minors’ Personal Information

FlashIndustry is primarily targeted at adults. Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors, especially children under 14, should not create their own personal information accounts. If you are the guardian of a minor, we advise you to fulfill your guardianship duties properly and protect the personal information of minors. If the minor under your care uses our services, you should provide appropriate guidance and supervision. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services. As a guardian, you should properly fulfill your duties to protect the child’s personal information. If the child needs to register or use our products and/or services, you should guide and supervise them appropriately.
3. The child or their guardian has the right to access and correct the child’s personal information at any time, and may request corrections or deletion.

1. You can log into "My FlashIndustry" at any time and access modules such as Settings - Personal Center to view, correct, or delete your account information, including personal details, permission settings, security settings, password, email, address, etc.
2. You can cancel your FlashIndustry account through the following path: log into the FlashIndustry APP and cancel your account via: "Settings - Personal Information - Tap the cancel button at the upper right."
3. After cancelling your FlashIndustry account, we will cease to provide services to you and, in accordance with applicable laws, delete your personal information or anonymize it, except where otherwise provided by law.
4. You can withdraw your authorization by disabling device features. You may also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by cancelling your account.

In the following cases, in accordance with applicable laws and national standards, we will be unable to respond to your request:

1. When it is related to our fulfillment of legal obligations;
2. When it is directly related to national security or defense;
3. When it is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
4. When it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
5. When there is sufficient evidence that you have acted with malice or abused your rights;
