Our services include some basic functions, which encompass functions necessary for online operations, functions necessary for improving our services, and functions necessary to ensure transaction security. We need to collect, store, and use the following personal information related to you to implement these basic functions. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy our services. Please note that, if necessary, we may verify the identity information you provide with the issuing authority to ensure identity consistency, account security, and personal information security. 1.2.1 To Facilitate Your Use of Products or Services

Please note that device information, log information, and location data alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or if we combine it with personal information, then during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. We may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis, and forecasting on the collected information to improve the content and layout of FlashIndustry, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services. For example, using anonymized data for machine learning or model algorithm training; to implement specific advertising functions, we will collect approximate location information, device information, and data on ad displays and clicks from the client for ad delivery, attribution tracking, and statistical analysis.

In order to ensure the stable operation and functionality of our client applications, and to allow you to enjoy more services and functions, our app will embed SDKs from authorized partners. FlashIndustry reminds you that the content and information you upload or publish while using the products and services provided by FlashIndustry may involve your sensitive personal information, including but not limited to identification numbers, biometric information (facial data, fingerprint data), and personal information of children under 14 (inclusive). 6 Personal Information Security

  1. FlashIndustry attaches great importance to information security and has established a dedicated team to be responsible for it. We strive to provide you with information protection by adopting appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures, and have established an information security assurance system that is in line with domestic and international information security standards and best practices, adapted to our business development.
  2. From the perspective of the data lifecycle, we have established security safeguards in all stages—data collection, storage, display, processing, usage, and disposal—and have adopted different control measures based on the sensitivity of the information, including but not limited to access control, encryption storage via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted transmission, and desensitized display of sensitive information. We have implemented security measures that meet industry standards and are reasonably feasible to protect the personal information you provide, using encryption technology to enhance its security, and trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks and unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of your personal information.

FlashIndustry is primarily targeted at adults. Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors, especially children under 14, should not create their own personal information accounts. If the minor under your care uses our services, you should provide appropriate guidance and supervision.   2. You can cancel your FlashIndustry account through the following path: log into the FlashIndustry APP and cancel your account via: "Settings - Personal Information - Tap the cancel button at the upper right."
  3. After cancelling your FlashIndustry account, we will cease to provide services to you and, in accordance with applicable laws, delete your personal information or anonymize it, except where otherwise provided by law.
  4. You can withdraw your authorization by disabling device features. You may also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by cancelling your account.

In the following cases, in accordance with applicable laws and national standards, we will be unable to respond to your request:

  1. When it is related to our fulfillment of legal obligations;
  2. When it is directly related to national security or defense;
